We began operations at the Central de Abastos in Mexico City, following the tradition and working methods of our parent company, Casa Castillo, founded in 1945 by Jos\u00e9 Castillo Mendoza.<\/p>\n

We began our relationship with the American company Kraft, we participated in the creation of Philadelphia Cream Cheese in an 8.0 kg presentation.<\/p>\n
