Our Story

 

1983

We began operations at the Central de Abastos in Mexico City, following the tradition and working methods of our parent company, Casa Castillo, founded in 1945 by José Castillo Mendoza.

1990

We began our relationship with the American company Kraft, we participated in the creation of Philadelphia Cream Cheese in an 8.0 kg presentation.

1992

We began relations with the companies Universal (Poland) and Westland (Holland). The import of Gouda Cheese and Edam Cheese begins, in their different presentations.

2005

We started working with the Uruguayan company, Claldy. Importing Gouda Cheese and Reggianito Cheese, thus expanding the product catalog.

2009

We decided to distribute the catalog of Unilever Margarines, which today belongs to the Upfield company, becoming the distributor with the most growth year after year.

2013-19

We acquired the representations in Mexico of Italian, Spanish, Swiss, English, Danish, Lithuanian, American, and South American companies. Our catalog expanded to over 3,000 products.

2020

We continue with continuous improvement and updating of our processes to meet the needs of each of our customers, adapting to the market's demands.
